The building was originally the train station ticket office in 1884, and has been respectfully re-purposed into the ideal lazy Sunday hangout.
The cavernous exposed brick spaces are enhanced by industrial features and rustic touches. A true fusion of the organic and the cultivated, raw wooden chairs rub up against polished metal tables. There are two distinct spaces available for private hire: The mezzanine and the conservatory. Whilst the mezzanine is a larger space semi-integrated with the buzzy venue, the conservatory is more intimate and flooded with light.
The dinner menu is hearty, including the likes of slow-cooked pork belly served with black pudding bubble & squeak, baked apple and red wine gravy.
